Credit/Debit Card Information Collection and Use
We use credit/debit card information solely for billing purposes and to fill your Products/Gift Card orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Also, please rest assured that all purchases and credit/debit card transactions that are processed through the Site are private and secure. Cookies
A “cookie” is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies to collect anonymous information about how you use the Site by setting and accessing cookies on your computer. We use this information to improve the quality of the Site and/or Summer Colony Living® Offerings. These cookies track information such as how often you visit the Site, what pages you view and where you go after you leave the Site. Web Beacons
“Web beacons,” or clear gifs, are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. Web beacons are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We utilize web beacons to help us better manage the Content on the Site by informing us what Content is effective. We do not link the information gathered by web beacons to your personally identifiable information.
Behavioral Tracking
Summer Colony Living® does not itself use cookies, web beacons, pixels and other tracking technology on the Site for purposes of tracking end-users’ activities after they leave the Site. However, third parties such as Google® and Adroll® use cookies and other tracking technology to track end-users’ activities after they leave the Site. These third parties use the cookies/tracking technology to target applicable end-users with advertisements regarding the Summer Colony Living® Offerings and other products and/or services that Summer Colony Living® thinks may be of interest to applicable end-users. End-users may be able to disable some, but not all, of this tracking activity by utilizing the “Do Not Track” setting or similar options within most major Internet browsers. To the greatest extent permissible under applicable law, we are not responsible for the tracking practices of third parties in connection with the Site.
Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Summer Colony Living® reserves the right to collect and share, rent, sell (with third party advertisers and marketers on an aggregate, non-personally identifiable basis) and otherwise utilize in any manner permitted by law, aggregate data related to the usage of the Summer Colony Living® Offerings, as well as demographic data about you. Social Media Pages/Interactive Services

Security
The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. We endeavor to safeguard and protect our end-users’ personal information. When end-users make personal information available to us, their personal information is protected both online and offline (to the extent that we maintain any personal information offline). Accessing, Deleting and Updating Your Information

Please be advised that deleting your personal information will limit our ability to contact you in connection with the Summer Colony Living® Offerings, which may limit your ability to utilize the Summer Colony Living® Offerings. If you wish to be contacted by us in connection with the Summer Colony Living® Offerings, you may not delete the personal information that we have on file for you.
Please be further advised that, after you delete your personal information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, upon product return we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for an alternative item. Our Return Guidelines:
Products must have been purchased directly from Summer Colony Living (our website or 800 numbers). We do not accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s)
Products that are indicated as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns on substantially used products.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied once your order reaches your country. If incurred, these charges must be paid before your package will clear customs. Summer Colony Living has no control over the imposition of these duties and taxes and you are responsible for paying them to receive your package.
Note that our international clients have expressed that packages sent via US mail are less likely to incur duties and taxes. However, this is still not a guarantee of avoiding these charges.
